Jennifer Love Hewitt, the very popular American Actress, was born to Patricia Mae, a speech-language pathologist and Herbert Daniel Hewitt, a medical technician. In her childhood, her parents divorced so her mother took her and her brother Todd Hewitt to Nolanville, Texas. ‘Jennifer’ her first name was given to her by her brother and her middle name ‘Love’ was given to her by her mother after her best friend in college. She was very fond of music as a teenager. When she was just at 3, she sang “The Greatest Love of All” at a livestock show. At 4, she burned the dance floor at a restaurant dance hall with her version of ‘Help Me Make It Through the Night’. In the very next year, she tried her hand in tap dancing and ballet. Her hard work and dancing skills started getting recognized and at nine, she joined the Texas Show Team. At 10, Jennifer Love Hewitt won the title of Texas Our Little Miss Talent Winner. Ultimately, she moved to the city Los Angeles, California in order to make debut in acting and singing.
Moving to Los Angeles was her first step on the ladder of acting career and she started going ahead step by step. Her initial appearances were on more than twenty commercials. Her first appearance on TV was on the Disney Channel variety show ‘Kids Incorporated’ as a child actor. At the same time, Jennifer appeared in a live action video dance ‘Workout With Barbie’ released by Buena Vista. In 1993, she was seen in ‘Running Wilde’ playing Pierce Brosnan’s daughter. In 2004, Hewitt made appearance on a movie ‘If Only’ and co-wrote and performed two soundtracks for it namely- ‘Love Will Show You Everything’ and ‘Take My Heart Back. In the 2004 made for TV musical ‘A Christmas Carol’, she gave an appearance as Ebenezer Scrooge’s fiancée Emily.
